Turn the steering wheel 90 degrees and you will see a small black cover. Take this off then remove the screw. Same at the other side. Get a torch and check down at the bottom on the left hand side as you look at it, that's roughly where the CIM clip is installed. The wiring could be a problem if your Astra’s Horn is not working when the lights are on. Check the connections between the Horn and the battery to ensure they are secure. If they are, then the problem may be with the Horn itself. Try replacing the Horn to see if that fixes the problem. The Astra H was launched as a five-door hatchback in March 2004.
